BURGLARS conducting an early morning home invasion in Narre Warren South were disturbed by a pedestrian.
The aggravated burglary occurred on Friday 24 June about 3.10am in Ormond Road, where the offenders gained access to the home through a window and stole a set of keys.
The pedestrian who was walking along the footpath noticed two cars out the front of the property, and once disturbed the offenders fled on foot through a yard and over a fence.
One of the cars parked outside the targeted home is believed to be a red hatchback.
