Kerbside robbery at bus stop

A BANDANA-CLAD man wielding a baton threatened and robbed a person at a bus stop in Narre Warren.
The kerbside attack took place on Ormond Road in Narre Warren on Tuesday 26 July between 4am and 5am.
Described as close to 6ft tall with an olive complexion, the perpetrator was wearing all black including a black bandana across his face when he approached the victim at the bus stop.
The male stole the victim’s backpack containing personal items and fled the scene.
Witnesses are urged to contact Senior Constable Lai Singh at the Narre Warren police station on 9705 3111.
