PREPS at Berwick Lodge Primary School combined mathematics with a celebration of their first 100 days of school in late July.
To celebrate their first 100 days at school, the preps were encourage to bring 100 countable items such as buttons, blocks, balloons, pencils and marbles.
The students made party hats and glasses, had special counting activities and dressed up as 100-year-olds.
Principal Henry Grossek was invited to the party where students danced, played games and ate 100 slices of fairy bread.
Ellson said his favourite activity was “making hats so we get to have a party”.
Zavier also enjoyed the party and said he liked “coming to school because I like my buddy”.
Madison said her favourite activity was “eating chocolate cake”.
