LIVE music and food trucks are set to return to The Old Cheese Factory on a monthly basis.
Buoyed by a 1000-plus crowd at a one-off Tasty Tunes event in April, Casey Council will revive it as a monthly series through to April 2017.
Casey mayor Sam Aziz said relaxing and affordable events with a variety of music and sweet and savoury foods could be expected during the series.
“Residents can throw down a picnic rug, indulge in some delicious food, be entertained by some great musicians and enjoy a day or night out close to home with family and friends.”
The first Tasty Tunes events are at lunchtime on Sunday 25 September and Sunday 23 October.
It switches to extended lunch and twilight times on Sunday 27 November and Saturday 17 December.
Cost is $2 for adults and $5 for families.
