A FOUNTAIN Gate shopper is almost $2 million richer – and doesn’t know it yet.
A mystery person has purchased a winning TattsLotto ticket from Fountain Gate Lotto Dreams Kiosk but did not register the ticket, so Tatts cannot contact them.
Anyone who bought a ticket for the lotto draw that was on Saturday 8 October is urged to check their ticket for the winning numbers.
Owner of Fountain Gate Lotto Dreams, Frida Abboud has sold five division one winning tickets during the last seven years with a total of $14.3 million.
Ms Abboud is very excited she has sold another winning ticket and is proud of the reputation her kiosk has built as the place to buy lotto tickets.
“I can’t walk around the shopping centre without people coming up to me and asking for my tips on lucky numbers,” she said.
“I hope that our latest millionaire checks their ticket soon so that they can start enjoying their life $1.9 million richer.”
Tatts spokesperson Claire Taylor is putting out the call to Fountain Gate shoppers to check their tickets and for the winner to come forward.
“Someone who purchased a TattsLotto ticket in the weekend’s draw from Fountain Gate Lotto Dreams has won a life-changing sum of money – more than $1.9 million!” Ms Taylor said.
“But the brand new millionaire may still be getting around to checking their unregistered TattsLotto ticket and therefore could have started their working week completely unaware of their newfound fortune.”
The winning ticket will have the lotto numbers 21, 3, 26, 6, 38 and 2 and Ms Taylor said the earlier the winner checks the ticket the better.
“If you make the dream-come-true discovery that you’re holding the division one winning ticket please contact Tatts on 131 868 immediately to begin the process of claiming your prize.”
