Police are appealing for public help to find Mohammed Ghorbani.
The 50-year-old is wanted on an outstanding warrant for obtaining property by deception offences and is known to frequent the Narre Warren area.
He is described as 175cm tall with dark-coloured hair.
Police urged anyone who saw Ghorbani to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au
