TWENTY singers from St Margaret’s School Choir spread Christmas cheer at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
For the 34th year running, the Berwick school performed Christmas songs and carols for the centre’s patients in the wards as well as presenting a concert in the atrium.
Peter Mac volunteer services manager Anne Franzi-Ford said it helped patients – some of whom are in hospital for long periods – feel they weren’t missing out on the festivities.
St Margaret’s music director Christine Cochrane said the school was proud to help to bring smiles to the faces of patients at this time of the year.
