A man from Narre Warren has been arrested following an alleged wilful and obscene exposure and indecent act in the presence of a child under the age of 16.
The 52-year-old was arrested by Endeavour Hills police after the alleged incidents occurred near Fountain Gate Shopping centre in Narre Warren between 7.45am and 12.30pm on Saturday 1 April.
The man was interviewed the same day and will be charged on summons.
