Students at Narre Warren North Primary School chipped in change for an inspirational cause on 25 May.
Andrew Biszczak took a pitstop at the school during his 3000-kilometre, four-month trek from Adelaide to Brisbane.
He is running on average five marathons a week to raise at least $1 million for 1000 ‘Butterfly Children’ in Australia afflicted by one of the cruellest diseases, Epidermolysis Bullosa.
The run is for charity DEBRA Australia which is seeking a cure for the disease that painfully blisters children from head to toe.
