A Chance winner of $1.4 million

By Cam Lucadou-Wells

A Narre Warren woman has celebrated with a champagne breakfast after pocketing $1.4 million from the recent TattsLotto superdraw.
The winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, was one of 15 nationally to share in the $21 million prize.
She said she’d been sweating by the phone for official confirmation of her win.
“I can’t believe it! You never think it’s really going to happen and it has!” she said.
“I checked it at home and we just couldn’t believe it. We thought someone was playing a really good joke on us!
“We looked at it about 20 million times and then we had champagne for breakfast to celebrate!
“It’s just amazing.”
The woman had “no idea” how to spend her winnings. But she said she wouldn’t be “stressing about money as much”.
Her winning entry was bought at a Hampton Park outlet, Sporting Chance.
It was the outlet’s seventh division-one winner in the past eight years.
