Morning tea sippers dug deep at a Cancer Council fund-raiser at Squatting Frog Nursery in Narre Warren North on 26 June.
Organiser Carol Clifford joined in The Biggest Morning tea cause after seeing the first-hand devastation caused to loved ones.
“Talking to our customers, it is sobering to realise how many people are dealing with family members with cancer.”
Her inaugural event raised nearly $650 for cancer treatment and research.
