Emergency services were called to the scene of crash on the Monash Freeway just before 4pm on Friday 7 July, where a car is believed to have collided with a truck.
VicRoads are reporting one inbound lane of the freeway is closed, as Ambulance Victoria attends the site near Narre Warren North Road.
It is believed a woman has been injured in the crash, suffering wounds to her face, but Ambulance Vitoria said the injuries did not appear serious.
Traffic remains heavy on the inbound lanes, with VicRoads reporting police on the scene as of 3.55pm.
