Young leader, an all-rounder

By Cam Lucadou-Wells

A multi-talented Coral Park Primary School student has been recognised as a “star in the making”.
Judi was recently presented with a Community, Spirit and Leadership award by Narre Warren South MP Judith Couacaud Graley.
The Year 4 student is part of a cheer squad with friends from a former school, a district athlete, leads school assemblies and is a confident public speaker.
She was described by teachers as having a “bubbly and upbeat” personality who tries to include others in her activities.
“Judi is clearly a star in the making as she confidently leads assemblies, represents the school in athletics and takes to the stage to dance, sing and perform gymnastics,” Ms Graley said.
“I feel confident in our future when I get to meet and recognise young leaders like Judi who genuinely care about others and make an effort to reach out and include everyone.
“I have no doubt that I will soon be seeing Judi on the track, at the top of the charts or maybe even on the floor of parliament.”
