Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 14 year-old Deakin Wyntjes.
Deakin was last seen on Sunday 4 February in the Narre Warren area.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and a medical condition.
Deakin is about 170cm tall with fair hair and a thin build.
He is believed to be in the Latrobe Valley or eastern suburbs areas.
Police have also released an image of Deakin in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Deakin is asked to contact the Morwell Police Station on 5131 5000 .
