Acrobatic knickers in a twist

Circus Oz will trade the big top for Bunjil Place’s theatre to stage its acrobatic show Model Citizens.
Daring performers complete the improbable with over-sized everyday objects such as a clothes peg, cotton reel, deck of cards and hanging underpants.
The show energetically unpacks myths of modern Australia with a cheeky sense of humour and live music.
At the 13 April show, eight young people from Casey will show off their circus skills as part of a special opening-night routine.
They were selected from a series of circus masterclasses held by Circus Oz at Bunjil in recent months.
Model Citizens is at Bunjil Place Theatre on 13 and 14 April.
