Female attacked during park walk

A male that police believe can assist in their investigation of an alleged sexual assault in Berwick.

 A young male with a backpack has allegedly sexually assaulted a female in a Berwick park, police say.
The victim was approached by the male as she went walking near Wurundjeri Boulevard, Premier Drive and Middleton Grove about 7.15am on 13 March.
The male walked beside herself and tried to start a conversation before he sexually assaulted her, police were told.
He was last seen crossing Wurundjeri Boulevard toward Bridgewater Boulevard.
He is described as about 16-17 years old, 173 centimetres and wearing a blue shirt, grey shorts and a dark-coloured backpack.
Police released an image of a male they believe could assist with their enquiries.
