Kilberry Valley Primary School boys’ rugby team made it into the state finals and the girls rugby team received a ‘wild card’ and are also playing in the state finals.
On Tuesday 18 September the Pakenham Eels Rugby League team hosted the Billy Slater Qualifier in Pakenham District, and many City of Casey and Cardinia schools participated in the event.
“Our students were amazing on the field and off the field showing great sportsmanship and teamwork,” Kilberry Valley Primary School physical education teacher said Physical Education teacher Lachlan Clydesdale said.
“Well done everyone involved especially parents and school community who supported both teams.”
