James Shultz failed to appear at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on December 7, 2017 for numerous alleged offences including contravening a community corrections order, theft and evading police.
Eight warrants have been issued for the arrest of the 24 -year-old.
He is known to frequent the Berwick and Pakenham areas.
