Big build complete at Kambrya College

Construction on the new $3 million multipurpose facility at Kambrya College is now complete.

The new facility includes several modern classrooms as well as a multi-purpose room that will be available for use by the community outside of school hours.

The building will be used by the current year 12 class for their end of year exams and regular classes will begin in the new facility at the start of next year.

Member for Narre Warren South Judith Couacaud Graley opened the new building on Monday, October 15 with principal Keith Perry and the school’s Student Leadership Team.

“The building has come just at the right moment for our college, with our growth in enrolments expected to continue well beyond 1600 students,” Mr Perry said.

“It is going to be a fantastic centre of learning for our students and teachers, and it will also be a great hub for our community.”
