State Member for Narre Warren South, Judith Couacaud Graley has reflected upon her 12 years representing the electorate in her final speech to parliament.
In her role as Parliamentary Secretary for Education, Ms Graley has achieved several milestones for education in Narre Warren South. With 10 new schools built and free TAFE coming soon, she said, “I can tell you for sure that the futures of Narre Warren South students are brighter.”
In her final speech, Ms Graley thanked the people of Narre Warren South for their faith and their kindness in making her and her husband so welcome in their homes, clubs, and places of worship.
She also commended her parliamentary colleagues and wished the next Labor candidate for Narre Warren South, Gary Maas all the best in the upcoming state election.
“It’s been an honour and a privilege to represent the people of the Narre Warren South electorate for 12 years in the Parliament of Victoria,” she said.
“My husband and I are really looking forward to the next part of life’s journey.
“We will always treasure our time spent with the good people of Narre Warren South.”
