Narre Warren Police are investigating a theft which occurred at a shopping centre in Narre Warren on Sunday, 14 October.
Police allege that at approximately 4:30pm a group of four men stole a mobile phone and wallet belonging to a fellow shopper.
Police have released a CCTV still image of four males who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
