A driver holding a disqualified learners permit returned a positive oral fluid test at 1.16am on Wednesday 21 October.The 39 year old woman was intercepted by police in her Ford Falcon on Clyde Road in Berwick.
The vehicle was impounded for a month and the driver will be summons to court in relation to drug driving and disqualified driving.
