Berwick Chase scores new sports ground

Modern sports facilities are on the way for students at Berwick Chase Primary School.

Narre Warren South MP Gary Maas announced on Thursday 30 May that Berwick Chase Primary School will receive $1.4 million in funding from the State Budget to upgrade their sports ground.

The funding will be put towards the construction of a new oval, cricket practice nets, a modern pavilion, floodlighting, landscaping and a car park.

“This project will enable our school to continue to provide a wide variety of physical activities for each and every one of our students,” said Berwick Chase Primary School principal Christopher Short.
