Man airlifted to hospital after crash

A man has been airlifted to hospital with leg injuries following a crash in Narre Warren on Thursday morning, 29 August.

Police say a Mazda and truck collided on the intersection of Narre Warren North Road and Kurrajong Road about 6am.

The driver of the car, a 20-year-old Narre Warren man, was airlifted to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the truck, a 30-year-old Narre Warren man, and male passenger were both uninjured.

The truck driver is assisting police with their enquiries and police are investigating.
