Quality time at the Y tops the list of gifts this Father’s Day

Dads will have the opportunity to get back to basics and spend quality time with their kids, as not-for-profit YMCA announces free pool and gym access for fathers.

This Father’s Day dads are invited to enjoy YMCA (also known as the ‘Y’) gyms and pools at Casey ARC and Casey RACE on Sunday 1 September.

YMCA Victoria’s CEO, Carolyn Morris, said the Y’s programs and services provide important, real and authentic opportunities for dads to connect with their children.

“The Y has always been a safe space for families and the local community to learn, grow and spend quality time together,” she said.

“This Father’s Day, we want to celebrate all dads and father figures for the incredibly important role they play as a parent – by offering them the opportunity to visit their local Y for free and spend valuable one-on-one time with their children away from the demands of work and life.
