Staff and students of Oak Grove Community Centre in Narre Warren South have celebrated Adult Learners Week (ALW) with a morning tea on Monday 2 September.
“We had 12 ladies from Women’s Learning Group and Sewing and Conversation English group – both the groups are involved in sewing and craft skills within a friendly atmosphere,” committee member Anu said.
ALW is part of an international festival of learning from 1-8 September and is celebrated with hundreds of events and activities across Australia.
