Homicide Squad investigate Narre Warren South death

A 42-year-old woman is dead and a 15-year-old boy is in hospital under police guard after a violent incident in a Narre Warren South house.

Homicide Squad detectives are investigating after emergency services were called to Springvalley Way at about 1pm on Monday 30 November following reports that multiple people had been seriously injured.

A 70-year-old woman and a three-year-old girl were transported to hospital with serious injuries.

A 42-year-old woman was flown to The Alfred hospital but she tragically died.

An Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman confirmed all women had suffered upper body injuries.

Victoria Police have confirmed that a 15-year-old boy was arrested at the scene. He remains under police guard in hospital, after having sustained serious upper body injuries.

The exact nature of the incident is not yet clear.

Homicide Squad detectives are investigating.

While the circumstances surrounding the death are yet to determined, police have confirmed they are not looking for anyone else in relation to the incident.
