Accreditation for excellence

YMCA ONE Casey, which manages Casey ARC, Casey RACE and Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre, is now accredited with peak industry association Fitness Australia.

The Quality Accreditation is a reflection of YMCA ONE Casey’s commitment to providing industry-leading best practices, ONE Casey area manager Carly Sanders said in a statement.

“We are continually striving for excellence in everything we do, and the Quality Accreditation with Fitness Australia takes us one step closer to achieving that,” she said.

“One Casey prides itself on providing the best service for the community. We are committed to a best practice approach across our facilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

“This accreditation gave us the opportunity to validate our high standards and our commitment to our customers.”

Supported by the Fitness Industry National Quality Framework’s six pillars, Fitness Australia’s Quality Accreditation program leads businesses through an accreditation process, which includes multiple modules designed to assess, identify and assist businesses in reaching the industry framework.

Fitness Australia CEO Barrie Elvish said the Quality Accreditation was developed to drive a higher standard of service delivery and provide greater consumer confidence within the fitness industry.

“It’s fantastic to see YMCA ONE Casey achieve their Quality Accreditation. It is a testament to their commitment to their members and the broader community,” Mr Elvish said.
