Free feed for those in need

A Berwick pizza shop is once again reaching out to those in need, offering free food for anyone struggling through the latest lockdown.

When news broke that the lockdown would be extended further, Ishrath Batcha, Fawaz Mohamed and Faizal Izzedeen of Mama Boys Pizza knew what they had to do.

They’re again offering free pizzas for anyone impacted financially by the latest restrictions, just as they’ve done during previous lockdowns.

Ishrath said the owners are aware of the pain that many in the community are currently experiencing, and wanted to help alleviate their worries in some way.

Anyone in need of a feed is urged to visit Mama Boys Pizza on Facebook and reach out to the owners with a message.

Mama Boys Pizza is located at 84 Bemersyde Drive in Berwick, and the owners would like to thank customers for their support during this time.
