A number of new exposure sites have been listed in south eastern suburbs.
On the evening of Saturday 21 August, the Department of Health listed the following Narre Warren locations on its exposure site list:
– Female Public Toilet Near Big W – Westfield Fountain Gate, 25-55 Overland Drive, Narre Warren – a case attended the venue on Wednesday 18 August, from 9.05am-10am. This is a tier one site, meaning anyone who attended the location at that time must get tested immediately and quarantine for 14 days from exposure.
– Westfield Fountain Gate Food Court, 25-55 Overland Drive, Narre Warren – a case attended the venue on Wednesday 18 August, from 9.05am-10am. This is a tier two site, meaning anyone who has visited the location at that time must get tested urgently and isolate until they receive a negative result. They should continue to monitor for symptoms and get tested again if symptoms appear.
A third site was also added, this one in Pakenham:
– Woolworths Lakeside Square, Cardinia Road and Village Way, Pakenham – a case attended the venue on Tuesday 17 August from 6.20pm-7.15pm. This is a tier two site, so anyone who attended at that time must get tested urgently and isolate until they have a negative result.
