Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Narre Warren woman Julienne.
The 36-year-old was last seen at a hospital in Ringwood East about 10.35am on Friday 1 October.
Police and family hold concerns for Julienne as she has a medical condition.
Julienne was last seen wearing a green jacket, black leggings and thongs, and may be in the St Kilda or Melbourne CBD areas.
Police have released an image of Julienne and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Ringwood Police Station on 9871 3000.
