Workshop to adapt businesses to new normal

A City of Casey workshop is helping businesses to reevaluate their purpose in the post Covid-19 era.

Over the course of the pandemic, businesses have adapted to constant change through perseverance and resilience.

Business owners have learned to adapt how they offer their services but going forward, they will need to do more than fine-tune their day-to-day tasks.

Businesses need to be ready and willing to rethink how they operate and what they provide.

The coronavirus pandemic has both revealed and accelerated a number of trends that will play a substantial role in the shape of the future global economy.

In this end of year session, Casey’s Innovation Crowd will explore the top five priorities that will have the most impact on businesses including a renewed focus on sustainability, the transformation to the cloud, finding and building the right team, moving quickly and the need for speed and operating with purpose.

The Business as New Normal – Your North Star for 2022 online event will be held on Wednesday, 15 December form 7pm to 9pm.

Registration is free but places are limited.
