Police brief – Two charged following drug seizure in Narre Warren South

Caulfield Divisional Response Unit detectives have charged two people at an address in Narre Warren South this morning, seizing drugs and other items following an investigation into commercial drug trafficking.

The unit seized white crystal believed to be methamphetamine, liquid believed 1,4-Butanediol, prescription medication, cash, equipment and firecrackers.

A 28-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man both from Narre Warren South have been charged with possession and trafficking of Methamphetamine, possessing 1,4-Butanediol and prescription medication, possessing proceeds of crime and possession of explosives.

Both have been charged and bailed to appear in Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 25 February 2022.
