A house fire is currently burning on Cobbler Grange in Lynbrook.
Firefighters are currently responding to the incident.
The CFA has warned that smoke may be visible in surrounding suburbs including Dandneong South, Lyndhurst, and Hampton Park.
There is no immediate threat to the community and no action is required, the CFA said.
