Cranbourne East Secondary College, Lyndhurst Secondary College and Marnebek School will soon have works start for new shaded outdoor learning spaces for students to learn outside.
The impending works are part of the School Shade Sails Fund, member for Cranbourne, Pauline Richards, announced via her Facebook page.
The fund is a part of the state government’s over $190 million investment to support ventilation and outdoor learning in Victorian schools.
“Adequate shade for outdoor learning, recreation and getting to and from classes is so important for long term health and comfort of all students,“ Ms Richards said on her Facebook page.
