The level crossing removal project is inviting community feedback on the vision and values for the area, how you move around the station precinct and the early concept designs.
To reflect locals’ interest, virtual consultation sessions will be held via zoom on three dates throughout March: Thursday 17 March from 4.30-5.30pm for local businesses; Saturday 19 March from 10-11.30am and Tuesday 22 March 5-6.30pm.
The new Narre Warren Station will have modern facilities for the community and relieve delays for the 13,200 vehicles that pass through the crossing each day.
To register for a community consultation session and share feedback on the Webb Street level crossing removal project, visit the online engagement hub at engage.vic.gov.au/lxrp-webb-street
Construction is scheduled to start in late 2022 with the level crossing to be removed by 2025 which will increase safety for drivers, pedestrians and cyclists.
