New bin night for select Casey suburbs

Berwick is among five suburbs that will have its bin night changed from Monday 21 March.

The new schedule will be released on the same day.

The City of Casey said that the changes are necessary to manage the City’s growth and to ensure that the Council’s services meet the community’s needs.

“These changes will not affect the frequency of your bin collection,” Council said. “Your waste bin will still be collected every week, and your recycling and garden and food waste bin, will still be collected fortnightly.

“Residents whose bin schedule will change were also sent a letter earlier this month advising them of the changes.

“If you did not receive a letter you can contact Waste Management on 9705 5200 or email caseycc@casey.vic.gov.au”

Cranbourne North, Clyde North, Botanic Ridge and Narre Warren are the other suburbs affected.

The new bin schedule will also be available on the Council’s website from Monday 21 March, at casey.vic.gov.au/find-your-bin-collection-day.
