Police appeal for help in violent home invasion

Police are investigating following a home invasion in Hampton Park on Monday 25 July.

It is understood unknown offenders, armed with weapons, forced entry into a property on Strabane Way about 10.15pm.

Police were told the men demanded money, assaulted a male occupant of the house then stole a mobile phone.

It is believed the offenders also damaged a vehicle in the driveway, before fleeing the scene in a silver hatch.
