‘Twas the season at Akoonah Park on Friday 29 July, as families gathered for the Christmas in July market.
Glittery Christmas baubles lined the sheds of Akoonah Park, where dozens of stalls snaked around the grounds, providing hot food, sweet treats and goods of all varieties.
The markets platformed local talent with a plethora of stalls selling handmade goods from knitted clothing, to homemade jars of condiments and candles, gifts and homewares.
An overwhelming success, the cold did not deter locals from enjoying a market night in their own backyard, with Christmas stalls like Christmas Laurel & Co getting families into the spirit.
