Woman killed in Berwick crash

A woman has died following a collision in Berwick this morning, Saturday 28 January.

Two vehicles collided head-on while travelling along O’Shea Road about 10.15am.

The female driver of one vehicle was declared deceased at the scene.

The four occupants in the second vehicle – the male driver, female passenger, a male child and a baby boy – were all taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police are investigating to establish the cause of the collision and will prepare a report for the coroner.
