Police investigate multi vehicle collision on Monash Freeway

Dandenong Highway Patrol officers are appealing for public assistance following a multi-vehicle collision on the Monash Freeway in Dandenong North on Friday afternoon, 24 February.

It is believed a truck and four cars collided on the Monash Freeway, outbound near Stud Road about 3.30pm.

The driver of the truck and two other drivers were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A second collision then occurred prior to the Stud Road exit, approximately 100 metres away, between two tray trucks.

A driver of one truck was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collisions and are keen to speak to anyone with dashcam footage.
