Casey invites public voice

Public consultation is now open for improvements to the Berwick Village Activity Centre Structure Plan.

Now over 13 years old, the 2011 plan serves to guide the development of the area based on community goals, policies and background information.

But as the community continues to grow and change, the City of Casey hopes that public consultation will encourage locals to have their say on the plan, and voice their opinions on various issues and concerns regarding the current state of the area.

The consultation will also allow for an updated plan that better considers Berwick’s unique village character, while meeting the current and future needs of the local community.

As the first stage of the update, public consultation will be open via an interactive online map, online community survey and a digital vision board.

All public consultation methods can be accessed at conversations.casey.vic.gov.au.

Consultation ends on Tuesday 23 April at 5pm.
