Local community gathers for annual dinner

Held on 29 November, the local community in Narre Warren South came together for Oakgrove’s annual dinner, kickstarting the festive season for everyone.

With live performances and a magic show, not only did it add a lively touch to the event, but also allowed for a showcase of talent in the local area.

In attendance was Holt MP Cassandra Fernando, Casuarina Ward councillor Kim Ross and local Narre Warren Bendigo Bank manager Hus Suleyman, all of whom shared inspiring speeches that touched on camaraderie and togetherness.

The evening proved to be an excellent opportunity for residents to come together and reflect on the past year and of course, to enjoy a hearty dinner.
