Narre Warren man charged with drug trafficking

A 23-year-old Narre Warren man was charged after police located a trafficable quantity of drugs of dependence, cash and vapes.

To be precise, this charge came when alongside the drugs, $70,000 cash and approximately 2000 illicit vapes were found at a factory on Federation Road in Dandenong.

A warrant was executed on Wednesday, 26 February, and police also seized approximately 500 grams of ice, 500 grams of cocaine and quantities of ketamine and cannabis.

The Narre Warren suspect was charged with trafficking large commercial quantities of drugs of dependence, possessing the proceeds of crime, possessing schedule 4 poisons (vapes), and possessing a prohibited weapon (extendable baton).

He was remanded to appear at the Magistrate’s Court on 10 April.
