Orana Town Centre land sale to Coles Group

Coles Group will manage the construction of the highly anticipated Orana Town Centre in Clyde North.

The opening of the neighbourhood shopping centre is estimated for late 2026.

This new development will deliver a retail, commercial, and community precinct at the heart of the rapidly growing Orana master-planned community and surrounding areas.

Orana Town Centre will broadly comprise a full-line Coles supermarket as the anchor tenant, supported by daily-needs service, childcare, health and hospitality specialty retailers.

The design will integrate with the broader Orana community’s commitment to abundant green spaces, connecting to its network of cycling and walking paths to encourage an active and connected lifestyle.

The centre is planned to create an integrated urban environment and an omnichannel shopping experience.

“We are incredibly excited about the progress of the Orana Town Centre,” Marcus Perilli from Balcon Group, the developer behind the expansive Orana master-planned community, said.

“This centre is a cornerstone of our vision for Orana, a place where convenience meets community. With Coles Group’s expertise, we are confident that the Orana Town Centre will not only meet the daily needs of our residents but also become a cherished destination that fosters connection and enriches lives.”

The development is said to be a critical component of the Orana community, which is set to become the largest master-planned community in south east, eventually comprising over 4,000 homes.
