Battin to hold crime forum

Opposition leader Brad Battin will be holding a forum on crime in Pakenham next week to hear from residents and their concerns.

Mr Battin will be joined by Shadow Minister for Police, Corrections and Youth Justice David Southwick to discuss the issue in the local area and measures they can pursue to mitigate crime.

This is part of a series of consultations Mr Battin is holding across the State to inform their approach to crime prevention and community safety.

The forum will be held on Wednesday 20 August from 6pm at Beaconhills College Pakenham Campus – Year 9 Lecture Theatre.

This is a registration only event and photo ID (eg driver’s license) will be required on the evening. Online registration closes at 5:00pm, 19 August, 2025.
