Ready for finals in div 3 and 4

DIVISION THREE

Narre South and Endeavour Hills faced off in their final game of the home and away season, with Endeavour Hills emerging victorious by 12 points.

With neither team playing for finals, it was pride that was on the line, and Endeavour Hills was on top from the outset.

The home side maintained their lead for most of the contest and held off a fast last quarter from Narre South to secure the result.

In other results: top placed Murrumbeena defeated Ashwood 18.15 (123) to 6.16 (52); Black Rock smashed South Yarra by 63 points, and Carrum Patterson Lakes defeated Clayton by 15 points in a game that opened up in the last quarter.

Both semi finals will take place at Jack Barker Oval, with Murrumbeena to play Black Rock on Saturday and Ashwood to face off against Carrum Patterson Lakes.

FINAL 2022 LADDER: Murrumbeena 56, Black Rock 56, Ashwood 46, Carrum Patterson Lakes 44, Endeavour Hills 38, Narre South Saints 32, Clayton 12, South Yarra 4.

DIVISION FOUR

In Division Four, second-placed South Mornington will enter its semi-final clash with Hallam with plenty of momentum, after annihilating bottom-placed Doveton Eagles.

South Mornington had 52 scoring shots in the 171-point win with Jordan Waite kicking six goals for the second consecutive week.

Hallam, meanwhile, also had a win, beating fifth-placed Dandenong, set up by a strong first quarter.

In other results: Frankston (91 points) and Lyndhurst (120 points) both had comfortable victories ahead of their semi-final clash this weekend.

In a slight upset, Cerberus defeated Hampton by 17 points.
