Churches to fill the air

THE sounds of Christmas will fill the air, when the combined churches of Endeavour Hills stage their Community Christmas Carols event on Sunday, 17 December.
The night will kick off at 7pm with a sausage sizzle, face painting, music and a range of other activities. The main carols program will start at 8.15pm, followed by a fireworks display.
South Eastern Christian Centre Senior Minister Mike Cronin encouraged the community to get behind the event. “Everybody is welcome to come along and join in the festivities, there will be something for the whole family,” he said.
The event will be held on the grassed area outside the South Eastern Christian Centre, 2-8 Gleneagles Drive, Endeavour Hills. If weather is unsuitable it will be held inside the church building. For information call South Eastern Christian Centre on 9700 2314. – Matt Trotman
