MORE than 25 firefighters battled a scrub fire in Endeavour Hills on Sunday.
The fire started in grassland in a reserve off Power Road about 1.20pm and took CFA workers several hours to fully extinguish.
Five CFA vehicles were called to the scene, with members from Hallam, Noble Park and Dandenong helping to contain the blaze.
Several trees that had caught fire were lopped during the firefighting effort.
A CFA official said crews attended and contained another fire at the reserve about six hours before the second call out.
