Residents snapped up free indigenous plants at shopping centre stalls as part of the annual Casey Plant Giveaway.
Every Casey household could claim two plants for their gardens during the giveaway at Fountain Gate, Cranbourne Park and Endeavour Hills shopping centres on 17-19 May.
The event was held by City of Casey as part of its Growing a Green Web program.
